HellixMap

Turn any domain into a structured knowledge Map.

Every Map is a readable, navigable model of a knowledge domain, generated from documents, prompts, or BayesiaLab networks, and ready to be queried by AI.

What is HellixMap

A knowledge Map is more than a diagram.

Most knowledge management tools store information as text. HellixMap takes a different approach: knowledge becomes a structured, visual model of a domain.

A Map is a graph of concepts connected by meaningful, labeled relations. It captures the structure of a domain, not only its content, so humans can inspect it and AI systems can reason over it.

Maps range from qualitative Knowledge Graphs to full probabilistic Bayesian Networks with Conditional Probability Tables. The same platform can support philosophical inquiry, document analysis, risk modeling, and scientific decision support.

HellixMap is part of the Bayesia ecosystem alongside BayesiaLab, the flagship platform for Bayesian network modeling.

01

Every Map is a domain model

Concepts and their relations become structured knowledge that is readable by humans and queryable by AI.

02

LLM knowledge, made explicit

A prompt can materialize what a language model knows about a topic as a navigable, shareable Map.

03

Documents become structured knowledge

PDFs, reports, papers, and other files can be analyzed so concepts and relations become graph structure.

04

Native BayesiaLab publishing

Bayesian networks and Hellixia-generated graphs can be published from BayesiaLab into HellixMap.

Six Map types

From concept maps to Bayesian networks.

Choose the modeling angle that fits the domain. The same creation workflow can produce qualitative semantic structure or quantitative probabilistic models.

Type 01

Knowledge Graph

A general conceptual map where nodes are concepts and arcs are labeled semantic relations.

Qualitative

Type 02

Semantic Flowchart

A Knowledge Graph focused on temporal and sequential relations for processes, workflows, and narratives.

Qualitative

Type 03

Causal Semantic Diagram

A graph centered on causal relations for root cause analysis, policy analysis, and decision support.

Qualitative

Type 04

Causal Bayesian Network

A causal Bayesian network with directed probabilistic relations and textually described quantification.

Quali + quanti

Type 05

Risk-Centric Causal Network

A Bayesian network structured around risk factors, controls, consequences, and mitigation actions.

Quali + quanti

Type 06

Unconstrained Bayesian Network

A full Bayesian network imported from BayesiaLab with complete Conditional Probability Tables.

How it works

Three paths to your Map.

Start with a prompt, source documents, or a model created elsewhere in the Bayesia ecosystem.

01

From Prompt

Describe the domain you want Hellixia to map. The LLM's implicit knowledge is materialized as structured graph content.

Optional Context Files can ground prompt-based Maps in specific references.

02

From Documents

Upload one or more source documents. Hellixia extracts concepts and relations to represent their content as a Map.

Supports PDF, DOCX, XLS, PPTX, HTML, and audio sources.

03

Import or Publish

Import a BayesiaLab XBL network or a HellixMap JSON export. BayesiaLab users can publish in one click.

A FIFO slot can always display your latest published network.

Platform capabilities

Everything a knowledge Map needs.

HellixMap combines graph visualization, AI augmentation, access control, metadata, and interoperability in a browser-native publishing environment.

Capability 01

Deep visualization

Explore large graphs with multiple layouts, node display modes, arc comment controls, class filtering, search, and neighborhood views.

Capability 02

Augmentation

Enrich a Map from a specific node or from the whole graph. The original stays preserved while the augmentation becomes a new Draft.

Capability 03

Translate and duplicate

Translate Maps into twelve languages, duplicate your own Maps, or remix public Maps from the community.

Capability 04

Granular access control

Choose Draft, Public, Unlisted, or Private visibility with email ACLs, wildcard domains, and reusable Access Groups.

Capability 05

Rich metadata and discovery

Tag Maps by field of study, analysis type, model type, model origin, complexity, and target audience.

Capability 06

Export and interoperability

Export Maps as JSON, import them back into HellixMap, or round-trip Bayesian networks through BayesiaLab XBL.

Sharing and visibility

Share with precision.

Move from private work-in-progress to public knowledge contribution with clear discovery and authentication rules.

Draft

Work in progress

Visible only to you. The default status for editing before sharing.

Public

Open to the world

Listed publicly and accessible to anyone for shared knowledge contributions.

Unlisted

Link-only access

Not listed publicly, but accessible to anyone with the direct URL.

Private

Email whitelist

Restricted to defined users or wildcard domains with authentication required.

Plans

A Plan for every scale.

Start for free, expand with professional tiers, or license HellixMap for enterprise deployment.

Hellix AI Assistant

Your Maps, conversational.

Every Map in HellixMap comes with Hellix, an AI assistant that can navigate graph structure or answer questions directly from the mapped domain knowledge.

Navigator

Explore the Map structure

Ask about hubs, communities, paths, strong relations, and clusters. Clickable node references jump directly into the visualization.

Expert

Query the domain knowledge

Ask in the vocabulary of the domain. GraphRAG uses the Map's structure to enrich synthesis, key points, recommendations, and FAQs.

Voice input, voice output, multilingual responses, RAG, GraphRAG, and whole-graph modes are supported.

Hellix graph intelligence interface

What is the difference between Map sources and Context Files?
Map sources are analyzed in depth to build the Map's structure. Context Files act as a RAG knowledge base that can ground a prompt-based Map without being exhaustively analyzed.
What Plan do I need for multi-document analysis?
Multi-document analysis starts at Analyst, with up to 25 simultaneous sources, and reaches its maximum at Architect, with up to 50 sources and unconstrained capabilities.
